Shipping policy

All standard items generally ship within 5 to 7 business days from date of order. If a back order or out of stock situation occurs, you will be contacted with your options. Preferred shipping providers selected, either USPS or UPS, or DHL. In most cases items will be shipped via USPS first class mail. International shipping will be handled by the most appropriate carrier and will be priced per order per location. If you have placed a large order, please allow extra time as some items may need to be prepared before shipping. Custom items/signature items will be sent as soon as possible. Patience is appreciated as we do not see Eddie, Martin or Bill on a very often basis. Orders will ship complete, unless other communication has been made and agreed upon. If you are ordering any items that are combined with “presale” items, the package will be sent as complete. Please be mindful when ordering such items.
